1)  WHY CAN'T I FIND A PRODUCT ONLINE THAT I NORMALLY ORDER FROM GREENFIELD?

At this time we are offering a specific group of products for our customers online.   We will continue to add more products over time.  If there's something specific you would like to order please contact Customer Service and let them know.  

2) WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?  

We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  In addition, if you have existing payment terms with Greenfield Global you will have the option of Paying on Account and will be sent an invoice for your order in accordance with agreed upon terms. 

2) WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE ONLINE STOREFRONT?

3) HOW DO I GET A USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
